We’ve Updated Our Payment System
We’re excited to share that you can now pay your invoice via an online payment link.
We have upgraded our payment system to a more secure, self-service model and you will receive a secure payment link to settle your invoices.
This change ensures that you remain in full control of when and how much you pay, helping to prevent any accidental charges. For added convenience, the secure payment page allows you to save your card details in your own browser or digital wallet, meaning that for future payments, you may only need to enter your three-digit security code (CVV).
This updated process also supports our compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).
Going forward, the payment process will be as follows:
- You will receive your invoice as usual.
- Shortly afterwards, a separate payment advice email will be sent to you containing a secure “Pay by Yavrio” link, which you can use to make your payment.
We appreciate that receiving a payment link that you may not have seen before could raise questions, so we wanted to confirm that this is a legitimate Birmingham Assay Office payment request.
For reference, the screenshot below shows what the payment advice will look like when you receive it.
Please be assured that you can safely use the payment link within the payment advice to make payment for the services we have provided.
If you would like to change the named contact within your organisation who should receive this payment advice, please get in touch and we will be happy to update our records.
You can still pay via bank transfer too, and our details are available on your invoice.
Once your work is completed, you will receive an invoice via email, along with an email containing payment advice and a secure payment link. You can pay via the link, bank transfer or be set up as a credit account.
If you have any questions or require any assistance, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
