Now we are offering you a unique opportunity to have one of our valuation experts visit you in your own home to provide valuations of jewellery and other precious items you possess.

Following the visit you will receive a complete “Valuation for Insurance” document, containing the ‘SafeMark’, the description, the photograph and the value of each item.

All this information is then transferred to the secure SafeGuard database. Should any of your possessions be lost or stolen, the database will provide proof of ownership if they are later found or recovered.

In addition to providing the “valuation for insurance”, our expert will discuss each item with you in detail and you are free to ask any questions you may have about your jewellery.

The valuers will also provide advice on whether cleaning or repair is required for any item. Each item you submit for valuation will be given a ‘SafeMark’ – a unique identity number and the valuer will also photograph and prepare a written description of each item in your collection.

If you request it, the unique ‘SafeMark’ can be marked, unobtrusively, on rings and other suitable items. However, on some pieces especially delicate or antique items  this is not possible.
