SafeGuard is looking for a dynamic individual who is professional, effective and efficient. The successful candidate will work as part of a team, supporting the Office Manger and Operations Manager. The Role is varied, covering all aspects of administration and operational procedures and therefore requires flexibility, attention to detail, logical thinking and an organised and tidy outlook to work.
Security is paramount within the organisation and every member of the team has a responsibility to carry out their duties within the security measures which have been put in place.
If you have good computer skills, experience in an administrative role, a friendly and professional telephone manner along with excellent communication skills we would like to hear from you. Knowledge of the Jewellery industry, manufacturing and or retail would be preferable but is not essential. Salary will be dependent upon knowledge and experience.
